The biggest difference between this honey and other honeys is its sourness.

It's arguably the most acidic of all honeys.

(Despite its high acidity, the honey itself is sweet, though it has a more sour flavor than other longan and lychee honeys.)

It's suitable for drinking alone or with soda water.
